Description: In this video I test out the SMART trade hole saw, which is designed to cut out holes in plasterboard, for example when cutting out holes for downlighters. Unfortunately these do not work as well as traditional hole saws (at least for me). These are available at Toolstation - fave.co/3AIaHwX I did wonder how an oscillating tool could effectively cut a round hole, and discovered that it is nowhere near as effective as a traditional hole saw.
